Warranty (only applies to Laptops & Desktops at this time)

Laptops & Desktops come with a 1 year return to base warranty.

Warranty Terms:

• The warranty is a return to base hardware warranty (Software not included).
• Batteries are not covered under the warranty.
• Chargers are not covered under the warranty.
• After 30 days if the customer has an issue they must return the item to us at their own cost.
• If the item is physically damaged (damaged keys on keyboard, screen, chassis) the warranty is void.
• Liquid damage invalidates the warranty.
• If the customer does not keep the original box and packaging there will be a charge of £10.00 to supply new box and packaging for return postage.
• The warranty does not cover the operating system, if the customer has an issue with the operating system we can reinstall but there would be a standard charge for reinstall and return postage.
• If an item cannot be repaired it will be replaced with a “like for like” product that is available at the time.
